Welcome to Our Mortgage Pre-Qualification Process

Section One: Quick Credit Review

When you fill out the QUICK CREDIT REVIEW form below and click SUBMIT, our Mortgage Lending Specialists will immediately receive the request for a credit review. A window will pop up here on this page to let you know what kinds of information you will need to start gathering to get ready for the full Mortgage Prequalification Process; and you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.

When our Mortgage Specialist receives your Quick Credit Review form, they will submit your information to Three Credit Bureaus for the initial Credit Report. When they get the full credit reports, they will review each one, making notes about any questions that a mortgage lender would typically want to have answered. When they complete this first review, he/she takes the information into our Senior Mortgage Professional for an Official Opinion. Then one of our professionals will contact you with the good news!

At that point, we will give you the next steps to getting fully qualified. So - Let's get Started!
