Our Certified Pre-Owned site-built homes bring the pre-owned housing industry to a completely different level.
First of all, when we purchase a home, we make sure that it has the POTENTIAL to be a great home.

We thoroughly inspect the home prior to purchase, running it through an exhaustive, 115-point checklist including such items as:

  • Structural Integrity
  • Electrical Systems
  • Plumbing Systems
  • Roofing
  • Windows & Doors
  • Mechanical Systems (Furnace, Air Conditioning, etc.)
  • Foundation
  • Etc.

Then, if the home passes our inspection, we put in a bid for what we think it would be worth, PRIOR to refurbishment.

When we win the bid, we send out one of our professional construction crews to go through the entire home, repairing and/or replacing everything on our inspector's list.

We pay attention to all of the details, to make sure that when you buy a home from us, you KNOW that it is in great condition.
We finish our refurbishment with a cosmetic reconditioning, that includes everything that we feel you would want to do, if it were your home: Paint, Appliances, Carpet, Linoleum, etc.

And finally, when everything's in great shape, THEN we put the home on the market.
