When we refurbish one of our certified manufactured homes, we use only the best quality materials, and our objective is to bring the home up to the same kind of exacting standards that we would want in a pre-owned manufactured home that we were buying for our own families.
Even after our homes are fully-refurbished, we don't put them on the market until our inspectors have gone over the home one last time to meet our high standards. Only then does our Director of Construction and Service put his signature on the certificate that we proudly hang in all UMoveinNOW Certified pre-owned manufactured homes on land.
