Whether you own a manufactured home, mobile home, modular home, or factory-built home, or a “trailer house”, we can get you the best insurance coverage available today.

We search through rates and coverage’s every day to find the best for our insurance customers.

And here’s the good news – it just doesn’t matter who built your manufactured home – We can find great coverage for every manufacturer

Insurance for Manufactured Homes Requires Specialized Coverage

Manufactured (mobile) homes are a bit different than site-built homes, so they require insurance coverage that takes into account that the homes are “pier & beam” construction, rather than having a slab foundation.

And, mortgage lenders who have financed manufactured homes also require different coverage.  For instance, they will require flood insurance (whether you’re in a flood zone or not).

These are the items we make sure are covered with your mobile home insurance policy:

·         Adjacent Structures:  Along with your manufactured home, do you have outbuildings: Storage sheds, carports, garages, fences, covered patios, etc.?  Then you will need insurance to make sure that you don’t have a large out-of-pocket expense should those structures be damaged.

·         Liability: What if someone is injured on your property. In these lawsuit-happy times, someone can sneeze on your property and sue you for catching cold – It’s just that silly. So if you have any potential for liability for injury or damage to someone else or there property, then you really need to be covered.

·         Wind Storms and/or Hail Damage. If you live in North Texas, Oklahoma, or northern Louisiana, then you know all about the damage that a spring or summer storm can do, with high winds and hail. We make sure that your mobile home insurance covers you for this as well.

·         Falling or Blown Objects:  What if a large tree-limb or something like that falls on your house and damages your roof, windows, or walls?

·         Explosion: While explosions are rare, we demand that insurers cover this possibility as well.

·         Theft and Vandalism: Unfortunately, no matter how nice and safe your neighborhood is, theft and vandalism are a fact, so manufactured housing insurance has to give you the same level of coverage as any other home, and we make sure that it does.

·         Lightning and/or Fire: Although manufactured homes are very safe these days (thanks to improved materials and construction techniques used by modern manufactured housing builders), there is still a possibility that you could be victimized by a fire or a lightning strike, even though it rarely happens any more. While this coverage doesn’t cost very much, it is well worth it to know that if you do suffer loss due to fire, you and your family will not have to suffer financially – the insurance coverage we find for you has mandatory fire coverage.

·         Damage to tie-downs or anchors. All manufactured homes, modular homes, or mobile homes have some type of anchoring system to tie it to its foundation and to the ground. On rare occasions we see damage to these systems, and the cost of repairing or replacing anchor systems can be expensive. Our manufactured housing insurance covers you there as well.

·         Glass Breakage: Who hasn’t had a baseball or soccer ball thrown or kicked through a window? The insurance policies we obtain for our home-owners provides low-deductible glass replacement insurance.

·         Water Damage. If a water pipe bursts or leaks, you have to get a plumber and get it fixed, right? Paying for the plumber is one thing, paying for any damage it does to carpeting or flooring is something else entirely. The cost of replacing a floor or carpet can be quite high. So we make sure that your manufactured home has coverage for this too.

Other Coverages Available
·         Living expenses

·            Fees for fire department servies

·         Clean-up and debris removal

·         Plants, shrubs and trees

·         Antennas or dishes

·         Personal belongings

·         Replacement costs for items covered
